Shipping Policy

 *Please note - Royal Mail is currently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays or delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to the below delivery times:

FREE standard UK shipping (3-5 days) on orders over £40.

£3.99 standard UK shipping (3-5 days) on orders of £40 or under.

£5.99 48 hour Tracked (1-2 working days) is optional on all orders. 

We also love adding a handwritten note to include in your order; if you would like a specific message, please add this in the notes section before checkout and we will happily arrange this for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will love your new silk accessories and that you will be able to enjoy them for years to come.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

 

We are unable to offer free post returns and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and details of the exchange are enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain proof of postage and a tracking number certificate. We are not responsible for any returned parcels that are lost or stolen.

Received a faulty item?

We are so sorry that you received a faulty item! We triple-check each item before we send it out so please email customer support liv@livlindley.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of our face masks, scrunchies or any used items.  

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

International Taxes and Duties

All European and international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. We are unable to advise on these costs, as they are country specific. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information regarding taxes and duties, which are applied to orders delivered outside the UK. Responsibility for any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package rest with the customer.
